Our linens

It’s all about the weave.

Percale sheets are woven “one thread over, one thread under,” which allows air to pass easily through the sheet. The result is soft, crisp and lightweight bedding perfect for those who prefer a lighter sheet or who are hot sleepers. Casual Percale is the same weave, but pre-washed, which makes it softer "out of the box". It also has a slightly more casual, rumpled look.

Chambray is technically also a percale, but its weave has a white undertone - like a chambray shirt.

(Cotton) Sateen is woven with “three threads over and one thread under,” which creates a tighter weave. The result is a silky sheen and smooth buttery soft finish that drapes nicely. It feels just a little heavier than percale while still retaining breathability.

All of our fitted sheets will comfortably fit mattresses up to 16" in depth and are fully elasticized. Our handy "top" and "bottom" tags make it easy to know which way is up.

Yes! We offer both popular pre-bundled and individually priced sheets so you can mix and match to your own personal style.   Our bundled sets include 1 flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet and 2 pillow cases. They are available in twin, full (double), queen and king sizes. Please note that not all sizes, colours or types of sheets may always be available to mix and match.

All of our products are woven in Portugal. They are made on traditional looms by talented artisans who have been perfecting their craft for generations.

We’re committed to creating bedding and bath products crafted under ethical and environmentally-friendly practices. Our products are OKEO-Tex® certfied and made in an ISO® certified factory that promotes responsible sourcing, fair wages and safe working conditions. All of our fabrics are manufactured without the use of chemicals, our sheets are presented in reusable linen bags and our shipping packaging is make of 100% recyclable cardboard.

The Oeko-Tex Standard 100  is one of the world's best-known standards for textiles tested for harmful substances. It certifies that all textiles and fabrics tested against this standard are free of harmful chemicals and are safe for human use.

Yes, the truth is that all of our cotton sheets do wrinkle to some degree.  This is because they are 100% long-staple cotton and manufactured without the use of chemicals that are commonly used by bedding manufacturers to make their products wrinkle-free. We have written a detailed article on our blog on how to wash your linens to keep them looking new and also reduce the amount of wrinkling.  We're also big fans of wool dryer balls which help reduce static electricity and wrinkling.

Use a gentle detergent that doesn’t contain any whitening agents or bleach, and do not use liquid bleach. For maximum longevity, liquid laundry detergent is best. Make sure the water temperature is no more than 40 degrees Celsius or 104 degrees Fahrenheit. If at all possible, hang or drape your sheets and let them air dry. If you prefer to use a dryer, use a low setting and remove your sheets after 15 minutes. Please don’t use fabric softeners and dryer sheets. Our wool dryer-balls will safely take care of any static electricity and reduce wrinkling.

If you choose to iron your sheets, make sure they are still slightly damp. We do not recommend dry cleaning – it can damage fine fabrics. 

A special note for sateen sheets: use a cold-water setting for the first wash to help set the fibres.

Pricing policy

We offer a special 15% one-time use discount code as a thank you for signing up to our mailing list.

Because we comply with all applicable Canadian anti-spam laws, we do what's called a "double-opt in" which simply means that the first email you receive from us after you sign-up asks you to confirm your subscription. Once you've done that, we send you an official welcome with your code.

You can choose to use your code either with your first order or save it for a future purchase.

Be assured that envello does not sell or share your email address or personal information.

In addition, every time we send you an email (which is usually about twice a month) you always have the option to unsubscribe from the list, no questions asked.

Yes. Our payment systems process orders in Canadian dollars. If you are based in the United States, your bank or credit card company handles the conversion rate for your purchase directly. Please note that envello is not responsible for any change in exchange rates that may occur.

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. We also offer an instalment plan through Sezzle, a 3rd party provider.

Our mission is to offer all of our premium products at a fair price.  As such, when we offer a promotion, it is limited to one code per purchase.

If the price for an item you recently purchased was subsequently reduced within 7 days of placing your order, we will happily make a one-time adjustment at your request.  Please email us at hello@envello.com or via our website contact form and our customer service team will take care of your request.  

Please note that we cannot perform price adjustments for items included in the following special sale events: Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Boxing Week, and other special and/or time limited savings events such as Flash Sales.

Shipping

Anywhere in Canada and the continental United States. U.S. orders are charged a $17.00 flat shipping fee. We ship using either Canada Post, Purolator or UPS and automatically choose the shipping partner who provides you the best rate. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once they are processed and come directly from our shipping partner.

Orders shipped to the USA can be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees.  Where applicable, you will be required to pay these additional fees when you receive your order. Envello uses a third-party shipper for deliveries. As such we cannot provide any shipping guarantee and we are not responsible for any loss, damage or breakage to a product during shipment.

We currently offer free shipping across Canada for orders over $100.00. If your order does not meet this minimum amount, we charge a $15.00 flat shipping fee.  If applicable, charges for shipping will be shown in your check-out order summary prior to completing your purchase. Additionally, you are responsible for all applicable federal and provincial associated taxes.  Orders to the continental U.S. are currently charged a flat $20 shipping fee.

You should receive your shipping confirmation email from us within 1-2 business days and receive your order within 3-7 business days. However, sometimes shipping delays occur, especially with COVID-19, so we can’t guarantee 100% how fast an order will ship. We ask that you wait at least a week until you contact us about your order.

We use Canada Post or UPS for all Canadian orders and UPS or DHL carrier services for U.S. orders. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email directly from our shipping partner with a tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your order to your doorstep at all times!

No, to ensure the delivery of your products, we only ship to a physical street address.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive your order. As such, we don’t require a signature for receipt. Keep in mind though, that you remain responsible for any additional duties and taxes owing on your orders. 

Don’t panic! We’ll help you figure this out.  First, check the shipping address on your order to make sure it’s accurate. If it is, it’s possible that it has been delivered to a neighbour or your building concierge.

Shipping companies can mark packages as delivered before they actually reach their final destination. Our recommendation is that you wait 2 business days from the marked delivery date. If you still haven’t received your package after this timeframe, simply contact us and we’ll take it from there.

To make sure we can help resolve shipping problems in a timely manner, we ask that you let us know about missing orders within 10 days of the marked delivery date.

If you, or the person to whom you ship items, refuse to accept delivery, you remain responsible for all shipping and associated costs, which we will subtract from any refund issued to you for the refused items. All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your envello purchase and we’re willing to bet that you will. All of our products (except for Final Sale items) are covered by our 45 day envello good morning! guarantee.  If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with them, we will take them back at our expense within 45 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. Our return guarantee covers one return request per order. Additional returns will be charged at standard shipping rates.

Returns must be in good condition, with no excessive signs of wear-and-tear, and returned with their original packaging.  We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges based on our evaluation of their condition. At the present time only Canadian orders are eligible for free shipping on returns and exchanges.

For hygienic reasons, our towels, washcloths and personal bathrobes must be returned unused / unwashed and in original condition.

Exchanges are accepted within 45 days of purchase and are prepaid by envello. All items must be received with their original packaging and in good condition prior to processing any exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges based on our evaluation of their condition.

Our exchange policy covers one request per order. Additional exchanges will be charged at standard shipping rates.

Please note that Final Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable. At the present time only Canadian orders are eligible for free shipping on returns and exchanges. To initiate an exchange, please contact us and we'll help you from there.

The AIR MILES® Reward Program is Canada's most recognized loyalty program with over 300+ global and online partners and thousands of retail and service locations across the country. Collectors show their AIR MILES card when they shop at participating partners across Canada and they earn Reward Miles™ on qualifying purchases, which they can then use towards rewards in-store or online.

You can join for free at airmiles.ca/ join in only a few simple steps. Once enrolled, you will receive your collector number and get your AIR MILES card inthe mail within 2 weeks. You must live in Canada and be 16 years of age or older.

Get 1 Mile for every $20 spent on envello products. There will also be occasional bonus offers valid for a limited numbers of days.

Please allow up to 60 days from purchase date for Miles to appear in your AIR MILES collector account. If after this period of time you have not received them, contact us for further investigation or go to airmiles.ca/en/get-help and complete the form.

AIR MILES® Reward Miles do not expire.

Yes. Returns will result in the Miles from the original transaction being debited from your collector account.

No, you do not require your card during a refund, the Miles will be removed from the account.

Sign in at airmiles.ca to see your collector account balances. You can also receive your statement by email by subscribing to the AIR MILES Newsletter.

Once the Miles in your collector account start adding up, you can use them towards exciting rewards!
