Prices and Descriptions
Although we strive to provide accurate product and pricing information, errors may occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, or other information on the Site, are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time without prior notice. If the price or the description of a product contains errors, envello reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order even if payment has been processed, in which case we will refund your original payment method. If we refuse or cancel your order due to price or product description errors, we will contact you to ask that you place a new order for the product with the correct pricing and/or product description.
Applicable sales taxes on all purchases are added at checkout. Prices may vary depending on your shipping location.
Returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange items purchased through envello.com for up to 45 days from the date of purchase, except for items sold while on clearance. All items sold while on clearance are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. To make an exchange or return, please use our Contact Us page or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you.
You are responsible for following all manufacturer care instructions. Items damaged due to disregard of manufacturer’s care instructions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
In Canada, the cost of return shipping will be borne by envello. For U.S. returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the cost of shipping any returned or exchanged items back to us. All returns, or differences in the price of exchanged items, are refunded to the original payment method.

Placing an Order
We reserve the right to reject any order placed through the envello Services for any reason. The availability of certain products may be limited. Some products may not be available for immediate delivery. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to lack of availability, we may reject your order. Your purchase is not complete until your payment method has been charged and you receive a purchase confirmation message from us through the envello Services or by email that your product has shipped.
Please note that if using a promotional (“promo”) code at the time of purchase, you may use only one promo code per purchase and individual promo codes may not be combined.
Currently, we ship only to locations in Canada and the continental United States of America. If applicable, shipping and tracking options and charges will be provided at check out and may vary depending on the product purchased.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery times. If there is a delay in delivering a product, we may cancel your order or contact you in order to allow you to maintain your order subject to a revised delivery time if and when the product becomes available.
We do not provide any shipping guarantee and we are not responsible for any loss, damage or breakage to a product during shipment. For domestic shipments, risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For international shipments, risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon clearance at customs.
If you, or the person to whom you ship items, refuse to accept their delivery, you remain responsible for all shipping and associated costs, which shall be subtracted from any refund issued to you for the refused items.

Customs, duties and other charges
All orders originating from the U.S. will require international shipping. The recipient of the product is the importer of record and may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. We may, but are not required, to provide you with an estimate of these import taxes, customs duties, and fees; however, we make no guarantee that the actual amounts will be the same as our estimates. Some products may be subject to export or re-export control laws and regulations. You agree to inform yourself of, and comply with, all such laws.
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard payment cards issued by financial institutions in Canada or the United States, as well as Paypal and Apple Pay.
Health and wellness products
We do not endorse, recommend or verify the efficacy of any health or wellness products sold through the envello Services. Health and wellness products are not a substitute for seeking qualified professional medical advice. envello is not a health or wellness provider. Do not neglect or delay in seeking professional advice from your physician or other qualified health provider relating to health conditions because you have purchased a product through the envello Services.
The sale of products on the envello Services may be subject to additional terms described in the product listing. Additional terms may include availability restrictions; quantity restrictions; and terms concerning order cancellations, returns, and refunds. Where the terms in a product description vary from these Terms of Sale, the terms in the product description shall take precedence.
Your compliance with laws
You are responsible for knowing and obeying all applicable local, provincial, state, territorial, federal, and international laws relating to a product. This includes laws restricting the possession of a product or the use, receipt, or purchase, of a product.
